Accountants Directory Australia

The outlook for the audit firms in Australia is very positive and, according to a new report by the Australian Accounting Association, the country’s accounting industry will see strong growth in the coming years.

The list of members includes a wide range of accounting bodies, including the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants (IPA), the International Association of Accountant Associations (ICAA) and the Australasian Accounting Association (AAA). It also has a pan-institutional directory for accountants, the Accountants’ Directory of 1877, which was independently published by Williams and Strahan in December 1876. The directory contains information on the annual IPA conference, annual meetings and annual meetings. Also included in the collection of the I CAEW Library and Information Service is the Dining Club Directory from 46 countries, including Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Great Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, South Africa, India and South Korea.

The practising accountants are listed in the London directories of the International Association of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW) and the Australasian Accounting Association (AAA) published in 1840.

Members with recognized university degrees in accounting can complete a further 8 subjects to earn a Master of Commerce. Public accounting is provided by the University of New England and members of the Australasian Accounting Association. At the time of entry into the PNA, applicants must have completed at least 2 years of training in public accounting.

The Australian Qualifications Framework Authority (AQF) has classified the Master of Commerce in Public Accounting as Level 9. Auditors must have at least 2 years of public accounting training to be called auditors. Continuous Training Hours (PDP) and a Master’s degree in Accounting require continued membership of Certified Practising Accountants.

It is important to remember that accounting firms, whether in physical or virtual space, need to find and install the necessary equipment and technology to operate their practices more efficiently. Services that Sydney Accounting can support include the installation and maintenance of devices such as computers, servers, network infrastructure and more. Although this is usually the one that most audit firms offer a consistent business, it is also important that you investigate emerging markets and bustling services – worthy services that attract larger, more progressive accounting firms.
